Mission Update — OPERATION: CHESS MASTER

Hundreds Out. More Waiting.

For nearly three weeks, Grey Bull Rescue’s team of Intelligence Community and Special Operations veterans have remained boots-on-ground throughout the Middle East executing Operation: CHESS MASTER — a large-scale effort to evacuate Americans trapped by Iranian missiles & drones raining down from the sky.

Because of you, 337 Americans, mostly kids, are home, who otherwise might still be living in fear.

So far, Grey Bull Rescue has evacuated 337 Americans through 34 ground movements, 5 large charter aircraft, and onward commercial travel. These are not just numbers. They are families, children, infants, seniors, and parents trying to protect their kids from memories that could scar for a lifetime.

Now many of them are home — because of you. And the mission is far from over.

Grey Bull Rescue is still receiving hundreds of urgent requests from more than 400 Americans, including over 120 children under the age of 10. They are still waiting for the miracle of being rescued.

The Tactical Reality on the Ground

Grey Bull Rescue operators—drawn from the U.S. Special Operations and Intelligence Communities —have been running routes throughout the war zone in the Middle East setting tactical conditions, executing cross-border evacuations, running air ops, and staging evacuees for onward flights to bring our people home.

This is what it means to operate at the SPEED OF NEED.

THE GAP BETWEEN NEED & RESPONSE

Operation: CHESS MASTER made one thing clear: when Americans are trapped in a war zone, the gap between what is needed and when, and what the U.S. government is able to provide remains too wide.

We are grateful for the support we received from the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Jerusalem, Israel and U.S. Embassy Amman, Jordan and for the brave consular officers who worked so hard within difficult constraints.

But the vast majority of this operation — ground movements, security, route planning, border crossings, staging, and execution — is executed entirely by Grey Bull Rescue. That is why Grey Bull Rescue has been the only organization continuously conducting mass evacuations of Americans out of Israel at this large scale.

Congresswoman Nancy Mace is “the exception” to politicos: she was boots-on-ground with our team for nearly two weeks, in and out of bunkers, taking missile fire, and actively helping push for more support. We remain absolutely apolitical, but we appreciate any elected official who shows up for their constituents and helps save American lives when its needed most.
